Palestinian Heritage Center needs your support to accomplish these
important projects:
Project 1- Library Project
Palestinian Heritage Center has a vision of establishing a library to
provide important resources to the public by sharing its large
collection of unique and rare books. These books are a map to our
traditions and history thus, should be shared with the world.
Project 2 - Publications
PHC is currently working on a project to write and publish a book on
significance and meaning of Palestinian traditions and its arts;
specific emphasis on cultural practices that has never been recorded,
art of embroidery, and beauty and the significance behind Palestinian
traditional attire.
Project 3 - Documentation and Preservation Project
Over the years, PHC has been able to collect a large collection of
artworks that carry a tremendous historical and archeological
importance. Artworks such as textiles, traditional headdresses and
clothing, jewelry, traditional household items, as well as other
handcrafted pieces need to be professionally documented and preserved.
These works of Palestinian people symbolize the core essence of where we
came from and who we are as a whole. By being able to share this part of
our history with the rest of the world, we will find peace knowing our
heritage will live on.
